Yes, it is recommended to take cash. Most of our Certified Partners have a gift shop at the tour site where you can purchase pictures taken of yourself during the tour and also souvenirs.
How far in advance should we book our tour?
Although we can facilitate a minimum of 24-hour advance bookings, we recommend to book as you decide and at least 48 hours in advance in order to ensure that spaces are available.
Does eTours Montego Bay offer transportation?
Yes, we provide transportation for all tours, from all major cities and cruise ship terminals.
Will I get back to the ship on time?
eTours Caribbean is in contact with all cruise ships when in port and has many years experience in shuttling guests back to the cruise ship terminals on time.
What if my cruise ship cancels the visit in the last minute or cannot dock?
If your cruise ship cannot dock due to inclement weather or for any other reason, you will be fully refunded.
Can you accommodate a large group that will allow us to tour together?
Yes. We have air-conditioned vehicles with accommodations for up to 50 guests. Please be sure to include your group size when scheduling your tour so that we may best accommodate you and your group.
